AWA Members Only! FREE 3-Hour Basic Gun Handling/Safety Course

This course is for Armed Women of America members only! During this course, students will learn all of the tools needed to become familiar with their firearm, shoot it well, and be safe on the range. 

PLEASE NOTE:  A $10 range fee will be required upon your arrival.

What to bring:

• Round count: 200 rounds factory ammo. Please do not bring hand loads to the class.
• Semi-Auto handgun with three magazines and a mag holder or a revolver. If you do not have 3 magazines or a mag holder, that's ok, but bring what you have.
• Training holster on strong side (preferably Kydex with a sturdy, proper fitting belt). If you do not have a holster, that's ok, but bring one if you do have one. 
• Eye protection & ear protection
• Ball cap (especially for sun and flying brass)
• Hydration and snacks
• Sun block
• Dress in layers for appropriate weather and include an open jacket or vest for training purposes
