This course has been developed to teach ordinary folks how to defend themselves from criminal threats including physical attack and sexual assault. Students are introduced to Situational Awareness, Avoidance Techniques, Distraction and Stunning with the use of the FAST STRIKE Self Defense tool and SABRE Pepper Spray Foam.
