Course Description:

This real world training course includes Interactive Video Based Judgment  Simulator Training with multiple “shoot/don’t shoot” scenarios on a video  screen using inert training firearms. Students’ shots are recorded and  reviewed during an after action critique following each scenario. Topics also  include: MT State Use of Lethal Force and Caselaw, Practical Consideration  for Equipment and Training, What to Say and Do Before, During and After a  Deadly Force Event, Law Enforcement’s Response and Investigation  Multiple Judgmental, Training Scenarios, Criminal and Civil Liability and  Q&A sessions throughout the day.
